The charity needs a trustee with the strategic vision and operational experience of affordable housing to guide and advise colleagues in what continues to be its core activity.

We require a Policy Manager to join our Operational Management Team (OMT) working closely with colleagues across the organisation and reporting to the Business Services Director. The main purpose
of the role is to oversee our social housing policy development, in conjunction with the Executive Team, OMT and service managers.

As a key member of OMT, you will lead and manage service improvements to deliver best practice and excellent customer service. Your first rate communication skills, an ability to advise on policy development and your strong analytical skills will assist you in performance monitoring. Your expert inter-personal skills will ensure you quickly build and sustain excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

You should be educated to degree level or equivalent with experience and knowledge of housing management (social housing in particular). In return we offer a fantastic benefits package including a final salary pension scheme.
