Hyde Housing Association Limited is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified consultants to join a nationwide framework to provide consultancy services to the Authority under framework agreements for affordable housing new-build residential accommodation projects.

Estimated total value of purchases for the entire duration of the framework agreement
estimated cost excluding VAT Range: between £8m and £11m.

The principal focus of projects will concentrate on housing but will include elements of commercial and retail developments. The services under the framework agreements will cover the Authority's development programme across London and the East, South East and South West of England and will be for a duration of 4 years from the date of appointment of the framework agreements, although consultants should note that call-offs under the framework agreements may naturally extend beyond this period, depending on the duration of the relevant project timetable.

The framework will be procured in two Lots. Lot 1 shall be for architectural services. Lot 2 shall be for employer's agent, contract administrator, CDM coordinator and cost consultancy services.
The Authority intends to enter into a form of framework agreement with each of the successful consultants, for each Lot.

Consultants will need to be experienced in partnered methods of procurement in relation to affordable housing schemes, working collaboratively with local residents and tenants, and developing homes for rent or sale (including on a shared equity basis). Interested consultants should be able to demonstrate both relevant knowledge and particular skills to provide the services described.

Tender: Providing a 24 hour, 365 day a year, resident focused, repairs service within specified timescales and to the highest technical standard. The contract will include electronic ordering and invoice processing.

The Notting Hill Housing Group's stock compromises approximately 25,000 dwellings of which 16,000 are tenanted and 3,500 are leasehold. The stock is spread across London and the Home Counties. The estimated overall spend for 2009/10 was £14m excluding VAT

Range between £12m and £14m.
